And I did enjoy it, though it took longer to paint, which made things a little trickier since the light changed so fast. This is one of the old trucks from the Gold King Mine.
On the third day we painted at Slide Rock. We had a couple of extra painting companions that day. We had a blast, but all I have to show for it is this photo of us: (James, Mary, me, Nancy & Kelley)

I had no idea, when I saw this painting, that the size was an issue at all! You have the ability to make a monumental painting in a small (even 8x8 is small, really) space. I love this truck - you feel like you're standing right next to it :) ... Jerome :) :) :)

So much power and ruggedness in an 8x8". Great painting! I, too enjoy painting on larger supports. It's very freeing.
