For almost half a year I have been dealing with a health issue that has greatly affected my life. I have been seeing doctors but they are so far baffled by my symptoms. Fortunately I am still able to paint, but that is just about all. Recently I made the hard decision to cancel my workshop that would have happened this summer, and I'm so sorry to those of you who were signed up for that. Recently I was referred to the Mayo Clinic and will hopefully get some answers there.

I'm so sorry to hear that Carol. Have they looked into autoimmune conditions? Our family has quite a few, and it was a long road to diagnosis for some.
Good luck and paint on. Hope they can diagnose and treat soon. Energy and a clear mind are artists most important resources.

Ahhh, not good news. Hopefully you will soon be on the road to recovery .... and painting. I've been bad about posting but think of you and look through your Daily painting book every once in a while hoping to be inspired and it usually works!
