Boulder Valley

sold. (10x8in.)

This scene is from a park in California near Pleasanton. The park was called Sunol-something, and I had wandered to an area they called "Little Yosemite."

Tomorrow we are off on another adventure. We'll be gone for about a week, but I hope to still be painting and posting some. I would also like to start sharing some of the "world schooling" we are doing with our son, so I will try to remember to take pictures for that. I won't post about it here, but I will link to my other blog in case you're interested.

I love the light in this picture. I can see the grandkids hopping from stone to stone.

One of your best! You must have been "feeling it!"
Good luck with your "world schooling." We had a year like that planned several years ago, when our daughter was starting middle school. She then landed a spot in a great public middle school, here in Seattle and we had to make a decision...do we go for one year? or set her up for three good years? We did the later. I've always wondered how our journey would have been altered had we made the other decision! I will check your other blog for updates! ~Teri
