This is another one from the Gold King Mine in Jerome, Arizona. From a photo. I REALLY wanted to paint it while I was there, but I knew it would be impossible. Pretty much anything in dappled light is impossible to paint live, in my opinion. Everything changes so fast as the sun moves across the sky. My favorite part about this one is the crack in the windsheild.

THIS ONE IS a 1955 INTERNATIONAL,"R"series. I was the the wrench that worked on them.I like to think that I shine more then they do. LOL, Great brushing.

My eye immediately went to the windshield crack...love the spider web of it. Just great. These old relics remind me of dinosaurs.

I love your trucks! Lots of artists paint cups, fruit, spoon, etc. but only you are painting trucks. I say, "Forge ahead!"

This is one fine truck! You did such a super job with the dappling! I've tried dappling in several paintings and it is hard to get that "dappled look."
