Hubs and I went for a walk around town with our cameras the other day during the "magic hour," ie. when the golden light happens. This was my favorite
paintable scene. But my favorite photo, was a bit more ... odd. We were cutting through an alley when I found it. Who knows - I might try to paint it someday, but for now I'll just share the photo. : )

I love your painting, I can’t help but love red. The photo is great, you will do a super job with that. I will be watching for it. Has it cooled off some? We are having a pretty good summer here so far. A bit of rain with cloudy skies keeping it a bit cooler than normal. We will sure miss the mountains again this summer.
