Saturday Market

sold. (9x12in.)

A market scene from San Francisco.

Meanwhile, I forgot to mention my show reception tonight at the Karin Clarke Gallery here in Eugene! I guess I figured most of you would be too far away to attend. At any rate, it was a lovely turnout. Among the visitors was the mayor of our town, Kitty Piercy, leading a tour of folks along with a gal with a video camera and another with a microphone. I was interviewed. My husband tells me I didn't say anything too embarrassing. He took some pictures.

Your work is simply stunning Carol. I bet your show is a massive success. Are you going to post up your large format gallery paintings somewhere?

Excellent, thanks for providing the larger version. Those big paintings are so great, wonderful color, I wish I could see them in person! It boggles my mind to think of how many still-lifes you have set up and painted!
