I referenced my files of the Portland Rose Garden for this one. I'm so glad I got a bunch of these photos last spring when the roses were blooming! It is a lovely thing to paint in the winter. When I was done painting I played around a little with the rubber tipped tool I use for signing, scratching away bits here and there. It was fun and I enjoy the results.
