Our first stop in Arizona was the Pima Air Museum outside of Tucson. There we found lots of cool stuff. But, airplanes are - well they're big and hard to make a composition from, especially on such a small canvas. So instead of painting whole planes, I ended up painting parts of planes. I traded the one above for one my buddy James painted. The one below is an engine from a particularly large plane.
