Tomorrow I am off to Portland to judge a show for the Oregon Society of Artists. The best part of the deal is that it will force me to spend some quality time in Portland with my hubby. He's been gone a lot these last couple of months, visiting family, and I am happy to have him back!

The colours work so well in this. It's not at all garish and the painting gives me a happy feeling gazing upon it! I like how the lemon pieces seem to be jostling up against each other, keen to be the first one chosen.
