I went driving around Eugene the other day, stopping whenever I saw something cool in a neighborhood. I made lots of stops, walking around quite a bit and taking pictures before I kept on driving. It's one of my most favorite things to do. I got so lost in it I almost forgot to pick my son up from school! Anyway, I found this cute little scene ... somewhere.

WHOA!!! Look at all those LUSCIOUS blue-greens!!!! All those graphic shapes and shadows...I like to call this one "The Geometry of Light!"

No blending, all separations done with tone, color within color. Brilliant.
Carol, you come up with the most interesting paintings! Wow. If I had driven past this I would never have seen a painting. Thanks for teaching me by what you paint.
