Strawberries & Cream

Coincidentally, this is what I had for dessert tonight, except the cream was whipped. But you have never seen real strawberries if you haven't seen German ones. They are RED. And I mean red all the way through. And beautiful. I have never seen such PERFECT strawberries! And yummy too. : )

Hi Carol

I love this one. And I want you to know that my painting has improved by leaps and bounds since the Benalto workshop. Thanks so much!

Yum!! You got me with those gorgeous reds. Then the glass and shadows followed suit. Wonderful painting. Love the view through the milk pitcher to the plate- just distorted enough:)

Yum! This is gorgeous! I love the way you paint strawberries. And i don't think i've ever had a red all the way through strawberry. Which is kind of sad don't you think? ;) Now I have a new goal.
