Cherry Bird

This is a cherry bird. Like a bird dog, this bird hunts cherries. Thank you, bird, for posing for me in front of your prey. And thank you, Carolyn, for the bird. : )

LOVE the Cherry Bird! What a personality! And I really like the way you handled the background, making the bird and the cherry so powerful!

Cherry Bird will do the typical bird thing and peck the cherry once or twice then it will be on to the next cherry.
I have been working hard since your amazing workshop. You are very inspiring.

This painting makes me laugh so hard--I just love it! Does your bird have a name yet? He looks like he could be "Peevy."

It looks like he is pondering where he came from. Most birds are born from eggs, but his "colors" make it seem that he was hatched from (some other) red cherry! Wonderful painting!
