Workshop Photos

This is my latest group of kids (and me in green). They might look nice but last night they dragged me, against my will, over to the house where they were staying and forced me to drink wine until late at night, telling all kinds of stories that risked us all peeing in our pants from laughing too hard. It was awful.
But really, the new Andreeva location in Salado, TX is top notch. They have sleeping accomodations next door for students (in a historic, haunted house) that includes breakfast, a fabulous studio (open all day and night) for class/painting, a campfire at night with s'more's, and the cutest couple ever running the whole thing. If you're considering it, I highly recommend taking a workshop here. Below are an assortment of student paintings (& 2 student feet). Another fabulous class!

Now, that's my kind of workshop! Looks like the paintings came out well, too. :)

Wait - first let me say that I'm noticing that you're all OUTSIDE and in light jackets - it's FEB. 1st! Here it was 25 degrees when we got up and we thought it was WARM!
Looks and sounds like a great group, and great time, and a great place for a workshop. A big group! All I can say is, lucky them! And I encourage anybody who loves the way Carol paints to make it a point to get to one of her workshops! You will definitely learn something big, no matter how long you've been painting!

it was a ton of information and a great deal of fun. Anyone considering taking a workshop with you should just stop thinking and take action. It's definitely worth it! Wish I could do it every month!
