This one's getting married. She's very excited. She spent a fortune on this special dress, and she won't be taking it off until tonight. ; )

  1. Great subtle colors with a quite strange harmony obtained with these light mauves and washed greens : very well done and really inspiring.

  5. This is gorgeous and you are, in fact, a little mad!! But we love you!!!
I have my own crazy stories going on, car grills, I can gauge the vehicle's personality simply by how the grill is shaped, aggressive, surprised....house with no chimneys, like a face with no ears.....

I have copied one of your paintings to use as an exemplar for my learning difficulty students. I am going to ask them to make versions using brushmarks and layers. I hope this is ok. Your style is perfect for them to understand how to use hues and marks to create form.

  8. Ha! Your story text is great…but you painting is even more wonderful. BTW I was so happy to hear your husband's ankle was not nearly as bad as you though. Thank you both for creating DPW.
