I love the colors in this, Carol. Love the lime green on the edges of the apple and the hot pink in the plate. I wish I could see color like that when I paint!
Thanks for demonstrating that a good painting can still be done even with tax-fried brains! Love the matt turquoise and the luminous red reflection on the plate.
I like this one - and I love the title! Oh, those elipses - NAILED! :)
ReplyDeleteOK, so your taxes are DONE - good!
Carol: It is cruel and unusual to do your own taxes.
ReplyDeleteI like the new painting. You always paint knives so well. Is it a big knife or a small apple?

ReplyDeletetaxes huh? So appropriate, that huge butcher knife. Is that a slice of apple missing?
ReplyDeleteI am not sure about your brain, but this piece is beautiful. No matter how you slice it.
ReplyDeleteI love your color palette! It's so bright and cheerful!!
ReplyDeleteI love how vibrant the colors are on the apple and the plate.
