So, the next thing I wanted to try, was using the "real" colors as a guide, but adjusting as I saw fit. I didn't end up changing a whole lot. I did enjoy pushing some apples more green and some more yellow. This seems to lend itself to broader and simpler brush strokes, and I'm really enjoying it.

ReplyDeleteI love your apples to, Carol ... I thought they started out gree... as in unripe... and now are getting to be quite ripe.... I eat mine and start over long before that. :-)
