Here's another one that's been sitting around my studio for a while. I've tweaked it a bit, and now I'm finally happy with it! I found these guys in a museum in Italy last spring, catching up on sports news from back home while their wives drooled on over "David."

It was always just a matter of time before I painted this subject (people looking at art)! I know everyone does it, but really it's pretty perfect. The photo for this one was taken at the MFA in Boston earlier this year.

Tomorrow is the first day of my 5-day advanced workshop here in Oregon, so I probably won't post until that's done. I'm looking forward to this batch of kids!
