Blue Bowl of Happiness

sold

I mentioned before that I've been listening to podcasts lately while I'm painting. What's funny is that now when I look back at them, I remember whatever I was hearing. For this one I heard a Moth podcast about a lady with cancer who was trying to decide between wearing a scarf or a wig. It was more interesting than that sounds. Anyway, what a thing to hear when I'm painting these bald little things.

Love your egg paintings, the color of your eggs is so rich. I need to try this and keep the left side of my brain busy, interesting.

I listened to the same thing as i was painting tea! I love the moth. Also I love 99% invisible.
Your eggs are eggstravagent! (sorry!)
I never comment but enjoy your paintings every day. Thanks Carol!

I listened to that podcast too. There seems to be a quite a storytelling movement going on - love NPR, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

Wouldn't it be interesting to paint the same scene or still life but with each study listen to different types of music or podcasts.

love how lush and colorful your whites are Carol.

I have to get some white eggs and practice my shadows.
