Waiting for a Pardon

sold

I am finally getting caught up with everything since returning from Germany, and sleep is almost back to normal. We only woke up at 6 this morning, vs. 3, 4 or 5 on previous mornings. Jet lag definitely gets tougher as I get older. But I had fun doing this egg in between some last minute tax calculations.

Love everything about this piece. The colors are so fun and all the shapes and your brushwork make for a dandy painting.

Welcome home Carol. Love this gorgeous blue green color and you always paint eggs perfectly. Fun set up too.

Hi Carol,

Beautiful piece. I like the tension created with the composition and limited palette. The objects relation to the edges are particularly fun, like the knife and the right edge. That shot of blue on the knife is great. Fun, playful, yet subtle painting.

Cheers,
Philip Frey
