Edge of the Marsh

Home again, home again, dickety dock, but here's another painting from Georgia. It was right near the spot from yesterday's clouds, in a place where the marsh seemed to meet the ocean. I was all alone and honestly feared an alligator might pop out and eat me at any moment. So you could say ... I risked my life for this painting.

Dois-je faire attention qu'aucun d'eux ne sortent de l'eau pendant que j'admire votre toile?!...
Une très belle peinture. Un magnifique travail de l'eau.
Gros bisous

I love it, Carol! I really like your grayed colors. And I love the edges where the tree limbs meet the sky.

I am a witness too that you risked your life:) You hiked way in and were totally in the swamp/marshland on this one! Love it!! Can't believe how beautifully you painted this with one eye on the lookout for all the treacherous alligators and crocodiles! Oh My!! Gorgeous and so well done!

This is great! Do I see some moss dripping off those branches? Love it.
