Our walks have netted us some pretty amazing things so far. I found this flower on a trimmed tree branch lying on the side of the road the other day. Doesn't it look like it's about to take off?!
Wow, this is dreamy! Such a lyrical composition and gesture. I must tell you that I usally do not care for "flower paintings," except yours, which I love! Have a great weekend.

Tout en douceur et poésie...

I think this is one of the best paintings you've done! (that I've seen ;) )
Beautiful, simple, with complicated and interesting shadows and shapes!

Wow, this is stunning, Carol! I have been enjoying your other new work, too.
Wow, how gorgeous! I love the soft pink and warm gray. Love this and all your latest paintings from your walks.
One of your best. Congratulations. cc
Gorgeous! Looks like a camellia, tho it is late in the year for those.
This is the best of your flower paintings! Simple yet very sweet and elegant.
Your mark making is so fresh! And I cannot stop looking at that color you mixed on the base of the left side of the flower.
That is SOOOO beautiful!
You are stepping it up Carol... Very nice - composition is exquisite and the flower feels "real"
