Angelic Slices

I found this ceramic angel at the thrift store recently. I had to start over twice to get the proportion right, but once I did it was a blast to paint!

This is just precious, Carol! I cannot begin to imagine how you accomplish white on white like you do - it's wonderful! Keeping up with all the changes in your life, I'm so impressed with how you and David are moving forward. Hope ya'll have a blessed Christmas season!

Wow- That is one tough angel and then you add in 5 ellipses just to ramp it up. Stellar on the whole thing. You got that angel just so sweet! Love the little nitches of dark and light. The orange slices are just icing on the cake...reflections just are the best. Love those.

Dearest, I think there's renewed energy in your paintings. I'm blown away by the freshness of color, the edges and the composition.
As usual, your drawing is superb and none of your work puts cuteness above beauty ..........

Great skill painting the white angel against the white background.
