Starting tomorrow, June 14th, Daily Paintworks will be open for general membership! That means, if you are an artist and you've been looking for an online gallery to be a part of, this is it! The cost is $9.95/mo. All members can list their paintings for sale with DPW Auctions, and anyone can bid on them.
I just have to say here that I have been quite jealous of this website for the past 8 months. Sometimes it seems my husband is married to it instead of me. He certainly has been paying it more attention. In fact from the moment he wakes up in the morning, to the wee hours at night, he is on his computer making this site perfect. It's all he ever talks about. And if it wasn't such a kick-a** site, I would have kicked him out long ago. Ok, not really. He's way too cute for that. But seriously, what a fantastic husband I have!

David has been doing an amazing job with the site, he is always on top of any issues I have. The site is far beyond my expectations congrats to both of you!
Oh Carol, It is amazing. I knew Davids work was good but have been blown away by how intuitive and flawless the membership side of the site is. Set aside the evening to be the first one on and have plenty of time to get it figured out only to be surprised at how it all takes less than 15 minutes! The rest of the time I spent looking at the amazing bonus features you had not even advertised. Like the incredible stat tracker etc. Good job to David and i see why you forgive him for being so busy.
Aloha Dalan
Sweet sunflower painting and just wonderful in its simplicity.
Jumping up and down excited and thankful for all that hard work David has put in on the new DPW site for all of us artists. I look forward to being a general member:) Thanks y'all!
Hi Carol,
Just came across your blog! great blog and also excellent paintings and use of colour! I'll be back often :)

You are BOTH amazing! I suspect you wear ermine capes around the house!
I hope the newest DPW change works as you have in mind. It could get to be so big you'll need your own zip code! What am I thinking? No one uses zip codes anymore except to mail out all the sold art!
Hi Carol, love your DPW, love your husband-I mean his hard works for this very convenient friendly art web! Cann't wait to sign up! I learned A LOT from you and everyone. Take good care of David for us!;-)
I'm so impressed by all the pARTners artists have! I, too, have a wonderful husband who supports my art in so many ways.
I ditto the previous remarks that we all appreciate the work David has put into the site. Just joined and it didn't take a lot of time at all. I was on a different site and resigned the morning and changed to this one. It is so classic and well done. Will enjoy it I am sure.
Good job on the sunflower as well.
My son is a programmer and I actually told him about David's site because I recognized aspects of it that seemed like stuff my son talks about. He looked and said it is sophisticated work using current best practice. Then he did that programmer shrug and said "the guy is good". All I know is that good programmers with a vision are in short supply and high demand - so buy David a beer or two and remember that this project feels pretty much like how you feel when you are really connecting with painting. You are indeed lucky to be with him
Love your work and love Daily Paintworks!

your sunflower is amazing and it sounds like so is your hubby! what a great idea to be part of an online gallery!xo
Thank you all SO MUCH for your support!! You really made David's day with all your comments. In fact, he mentioned something about printing them out and framing them and putting them by the bed. I ... think he was joking. : )
Such a creative team! Thank you David for all your hard work. Can't wait to join.
I really am glad I found your site. I enjoy your style and the way the colors stand out.
I'd like to see this on my wall.
