Distraction - SOLD

Well, this is it folks. I've finally created the perfect painting. And now I can find another passion. You heard me right, I'm hanging up my brushes. For good. So a big thanks to all of you who have supported me along the way and given me encouragement. Please wish me luck with my new endeavors.
Gotcha! I think this might be the first April Fools Day I've actually realized in time to take advantage of. : )

Please, I'm too old and I cannot bear these jokes at my expenses. I had to look for in Google what is April Fools Day. I don't know why In USA it's not on the 28th December.
Nobody has created the perfect painting yet, that is what moves us to paint every day. Your painting is perfect and tomorrow other will be more perfect, again .

HA! That's a good one! Curious. If you couldn't paint, (God Forbid) what would your new passion be?

You are right, this is perfect. The whites are amazing and that pear just glows. If you quit we all have to quit, lol.

That was a good one. You got me for sure. I do like the nice sheen of porcelain in a painting and you capture it well with color I might add.

There was another painter I follow that decided he wanted to stop painting for a year but pick up painting again and I thought you were really quitting. Keep it up.
