Here is my last painting from Maine. We were at a huge lot full of (mostly) boats, but of course I zeroed in on this red truck. Cloudy again. Now I am itching to get outside again.
This is great, Carol. You really got the sense of the place, with the tarp over the boat behind the truck, and even the motor home. The truck stands out. I love the way you have done the grass. Everything is just suggested. I've gotta learn to do that suggesting thing!
Don't know if you have a chance, but if you can get to the Dowling Walsh gallery in Rockland, they have some great Connie Hayes paintings I think you'd appreciate.

Bobbi said it all! I agree - I like the composition, too. Your plein air paintings just get better and better.
Love the Pleasure Hauler, Carol! The red really pops.
This really makes me long to go camping.
