The green speaks to the peaches and your stokes inside....marvelous!! and your neutral.....oh yeah and the bling on the fork.........have I missed anything? I guess I really like this piece don´t I :) I am off to paint sunflowers all day with a bunch of painting buddies...what better way to spend a Tuesday don´t you think? A very nervous set of peaches, there! I always love the textures your brush strokes provide and the evidence of your under painting. Makes for such interesting surfaces.
Very nice composition, Carol. I like seeing how you handled the values on the peaches. And the brightest highlights are on the fork and edge of the plate. I learn by studying how you did your paintings.
