"Old Timer" - SOLD

After a couple of days in and around Rico, we went to Telluride. Wow. It's quite beautiful. But for all the scenery, all I wanted to paint were the old trucks and city stuff.
If you missed the radio show this morning, follow this link, then scroll down to On Demand Episodes. You will see the July 1st show with Carol (me) listed there. Just click the play button to listen. It lasted just about an hour and they had some very interesting questions.

Carol--it was great having you on the show today. You are so open and helpful--I am sure many artists will benefit from your generosity! And I am so enjoying these newest pieces of yours--yummy stuff!

The show was great, really enjoyable. This painting is great, as are the other ones you've been posting - I like the space these painting push - and I can't believe you tackle cars - they look so hard to do.

Just heard the radio show, tons of pertinent and practical information!! Can you tell mme what camera you use, what light (daylight? shade?)? For my website i use a Canon Powershot SD100 IS Elph, since it is my newest camera, bought for travel. Maybe I should update for cleaner images? Always amazed at your ever forthcoming talent!! Thanks!

Carol, I listened to your interview and was very impressed with your candidness. I didn't hear anyone address the issue of photographing the artwork. When you photograph your larger gallery pieces, what method are you using? The small pieces are easy for me but the larger ones become distorted. Any hints?
Thanks and keep those great paintings coming.

I listened to the radio show online today. Super! The way for artists to improve is to learn from the masters. You are now a Master! How cool is that?! Love the truck too, they have such personality.

I also really enjoyed your radio interview. The main message of the "secret" to success is to PAINT EVERY DAY can't be repeated enough.

Carol, The radio interview was one of the most practical I've heard. You were so good about sharing the details of how you have progressed in the whole marketing thing. (Love the old truck, BTW!)
