I apologize for disappearing the past few days. I've been out painting in the Texas Hill Country with some good friends. I just got home and I'm pooped, so I'll leave you with this still life I did last week. Night!
I like this one because I like having both the fruit and the flower together. Usually it is one or the other so I really appreciate this "togetherness". LOL

What gorgeous colours! Lime green and turquoise and that gutsy ochre yellow, all on that warm-to-cool mauve background. Simply brilliant.
