"Coffee Clutch" - SOLD

Today was a big day towards the completion of my studio. It was very exciting to watch, though of course we tried not to watch much - didn't want to make the dry wall guys nervous. I had to force myself back into my current "studio" to paint. Before I move out I'll take a picture of what I've put up with for the last year, including my office/bathroom. : )

The ceramic glass look of this is phenomenal. And the reflections...oh...the reflections. Outstanding!

Congrats on your almost ready studio! I know you have to be so excited about getting your own space just for creating.

I could have a fun

Good luck on moving into your new studio.

I like to look at this on its side to see the highlights lining up. That smokey- mustard is nice with the blue-grays.

Oh, yeah: 'happy drywall to you, happy drywall, dear Filbert, happy drywall to yooooooou!'

This one is particularly resplendent, Carol! And I'm glad to see you'll be with Windrush Gallery now. I'm looking forward to seeing your work there.

The color composition here is fabulous and unexpected, I love it. You did a wonderful job capturing the hard reflective quality of the ceramics and glass. Gotta ask: did you add to your traditional limited palette? The blues are very interesting.

Thank you, everyone, for the wonderful comments! As always, they are VERY appreciated!

Hope, I didn't add a thing to my regular palette. : )

A new studio! How exciting. It's hard not to watch something being built when you know it's going to be such a big part of your life in the near future. Have fun painting in the new studio.
