This natural background is really different - I love the way the blue pops and everything blends together this is such a harmonious color scheme - I like it alot , paint on my friend :-)

OOOH! Look at that light space between stripe-y's shadow and the wall. And the lost edges of the lid. Both good jobs.

Filbert, I DO like stems and linear foliage; like those cherries the other blog ago. I picked big Meyer (no-relation) lemons yesterday and chose the ones with the best leaves closest to the fruit.I feel as if they're wearing hats or going to carnival. I'm taking them down to Key West to draw and paint.

Lovely and simple. Nice for the eyes after all the seasonal overload. Enjoying your book--got it for Christmas!

I like the over all feel of this, reflections, shadows and edges. Excellent.

What a wonderful little painting. Love the blue of the large container and the stripes are wonderful as well as the shadow from the little branch. I just like it all, lol.
