"Out of the Bag" - SOLD

Someone asked yesterday about travelling with painting gear. My understanding is that you have to check paints, and you can't travel with mineral/spirits or turp at all. What I did was go to the Utrecht website and print out their MSDS (material safety data sheet) info - then put on a cover sheet that says (in big letters) "these are artist colors - they are not flammable - please check attached MSDS info) and put this will all my paint. I've had my bag searched many times and they've never removed my paints, so I will continue to do this. Then I just buy or borrow mineral spirits when I get to where I'm going.

Good advice - about traveling.

I have an unrelated question - how did you go from 0 comments to a few to many? I'm at the 0 comment to a comment here and there stage.

I know someone mentioned you early on but what did you do before that? Did you just email people to trade links?

My God you're so confident. I've started to paint cherries with oilbars after your ones but they're heh heh at prototypical stage.

We don't eat them much in Ireland so that's two new things for me - eating and drawing them.

They say 'American Produce' on the box... See how your work is positively affecting the economy?

It's all very cherrypeutic...
