"Forever" - SOLD

My paintings are going to be in a movie! Well, 4 of them anyway. The movie is called Letters to Juliet and it stars Amanda Seyfried, Gael Garcia Bernal and Vanessa Redgrave. The director did Bride Wars, 13 Going on 30, and Charlotte's Web; the producer did Ocean's Thirteen, She Hate Me, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I don't know how they found me, but ... dude!!

WOW! You go girl! You successful iconoclast! Your cherries just broke the rule of "objects should not kiss" in a painting and in this case they are kissing and it does work! I am a great admirer of your skill in painting the negative space. I think you should call this one 'love triangle.'

Dude is right!! Congratulations! This is living proof that hard work pays off...you so deserve this...we are all going to say we knew her when!

Well Carol, first of all, these two are just LUMINOUS! So much of your spirit in them. It shows so beautifully that it matters not what you paint, but how you paint it and how much of YOU is in it...the magic part.
THEN to read about the movie opportunity with 4 of your pieces in it? Well that is fabulous. Of course they BUY them all, right?
What great exposure. Congratulations!

This painting is gorgeous. The reflected light on those cherries is sublime. Your color is stellar.

Well done, Carol!

OMG How very exciting!!!
I am always wishing they would include artists names when I see wonderful paintings on TV, or in decor magazines. It would be so nice to be able to get a better look, up close when one sees something one likes.
