"Egg Bubble" - SOLD

See the tiny bubble to the right of the yolk? I painted this on a blue ground, and while I'm happy with the result, it was much easier in the others where I started with a more neutral ground.

I spent the entire day travelling, with one delayed flight, and am about ready to collapse. I've got a few more workshop pictures to post and will do that tomorrow. zzz...

I just need to know that these eggs you are painting are fresh each day. Have you noticed fewer people coming to your workshops!!!

It is wonderful to see 'common things' being given a high place.

carol - you have to tell me...if you start on a blue ground, how can you paint the yolk without it being greenish? - love all these egg!

Is it just the yolk that is on the blue ground or everything? I recently bought six oil bars, otherwise I know nothing.

Gorgeous paintings as ever - they're kinda like little prayers if I wasn't an atheist.
