"Two Over Three" - SOLD

Click Here to Bid (begins Friday, 8pm PST)

I am finally done framing all my paintings for the show, and will bring them in to the gallery tomorrow. If you can imagine, 40 paintings means 40 frames!!! We ordered tons of stock and put all the frames together ourselves. And they are floating frames, so they were a bit more complicated than regular ones!! I am bringing all my paintings in early because I have a workshop all next week, in San Antonio.

Carol, I think you should bottle and sell your ENERGY! Making 40 frames!!!! Plus baby, plus teaching, plus a household - building a studio, too! God love you!

I really, really am enjoying the red/green play in this painting. And I love the grayed-down turquois cloth underneath - it sort of quiets everything down. Beautiful.

Really nice piece. I like the fact that you pay so close of attention to the design of your paintings as well as the quality of them. I bet in person those colors are really intense. Thanks for sharing these.

This is beautiful! I love everything about it.

I can't wait to see your show. I hope I can come the the opening, but if not, I'll be in Austin sometime in July to go see it. What a treasure trove - 40 Carol Marines!

Your work is really fascinating! We really admire your bold approach, colurschemes, minimum work yet expressive! Plus variety of subjects . you are too good.

Great work... I love the bowl. The shape is perfect, and the reflections on the side are just right.
btw, can you post a photograph of your frame?
