"Cozy & Yellow"

Thank you for the wonderful response about our book! We really appreciate all the kind words and the help finding people for the potential Washington Post article. Still battling with the yellow tomatoes and this cute little container I pilfered from the grocery store (it originally had some red tomatoes in it ... I just sorta switched them for these yellow ones).

These are great, and you just "repackaged" you didn't pilfer.... looking forward to your workshop in Sedona! Lisa B

The yellow tomatoes are great in their new package. By the way, you make painting them look easy.

Looks like little kids in a wagon awaiting mom to push them.

Nice work!
I like your choice of colors - yellow /orange objects against soft purple background - can't be any better than that. And your diagonal composition and dashing stokes make this still life so dynamic and vibrant!!!

I love this one. The light is so coming through the basket is so strong and warm.

I love the way the yellow ones glow right through the thin wood basket. That's so beautiful. You really captured the light in this one.

Carol:

Really nice composition and softer light than usual. Keep up the good work. I'm joining the movement today. Yep, daily painting looks like a real challenge and I'll post my first painting today. Kust need to see how long I can go.

Great choice of colours - yellow and dusty pink. And what great brushwork.

I like the composition on this one, Carol.

The yellow on yellow works well here (yellow tomatoes in the yellow basket).
