"Getting On?" & student tomatoes - SOLD

I almost didn't post this one. I wanted to keep it for myself. I LOVE the colors. But I figured someone else will like it as much as I do and that will make it all worth it.

Below are some student paintings. Today I tried something different and had them all paint the same subject: tomatoes. It was really cool to see all the different compositions and interpretations! We got the tomatoes and lots of other cool stuff at the farmers market this morning.

I love the colors too, Carol, and the student tomato paintings are beautiful and inspiring. We are getting those little pear-shaped cherry tomatoes at our food coop in Brooklyn this time of year.

I really like your blog because I appreciate art, but I have to say that this tomatoes topic doesn't induce my very much! Maybe as I don't like bright colors than I like the main core of the pain piece.I think our contact will be helpful for me (^_^).

I *love* the line up of student paintings! What a great assembly of little gems. Bravo to everyone (instructor too) for producing such lovely variety!

These photos remind me of how much I enjoyed your workshop when you were here in Canada. I am still on a high for that week! I learned so much and my blog is coming along nicely because of it. Thanks
