"Figure Skaters" --- SOLD

When I was composing this painting, and I looked through my viewfinder at these two apples in this configuration, I couldn't help but see two figure skaters, gliding across the ice. Now, this may seem a bit silly, considering they are apples...but that's what I saw nonetheless. Maybe you can see it too?

Yup - the guy's on the left skating backwards pulling the lady forward and she's on one leg.

and then they will go into a spin....hmmm, love the 'ice' they are on, too!(smile), yeah, it works for me!

Is apples all they allow you painters in narrow minded Texas to paint? Paint one with Bush's face on it with an arrow piercing it. That would be great!

I am at the rink every day at 6am with my figure skating daughter. You have captured the essence of the glide perfectly.
Have admired your color sense. It is a joy to share your obvious love of it. Keep doing what you do.

It's the tilt isn't it that gives the impression?

I'm very much enjoying your apple series - just ignore the trolls!
