A few years ag...So sorry to hear about your wrists! A few years ago I developed tendonitis in my right wrist from moving. Just turning a door knob was painful. I ended up in a brace for 8 weeks, with physical therapy twice a week. I basically gave up drawing and painting for those 8 weeks because the brace was so restrictive. I can't say if you have tendonitis, but hopefully whatever you have you caught soon enough that your experience will be less intense than mine! Now I'm extra cautious about my wrist. I've adapted yoga poses to protect it (downward dog on my fists rather than palms, etc.) and I use an ice pack and then a heating pad on my wrist at the smallest twinge.
